    The Boy Scout Camporee was back in town over the weekend — 22 Troops, 186 Boy Scouts and 80 troop leaders pitched tents Friday evening on the grounds of the Quincy Ox Roast.     Pedestrians: 1. Drivers: 0. Concern for the safety of people on foot has won out over the flow of traffic at the intersection of East Main Street, Mickley Avenue and Second Street. Some polls, where more hotly contested races are listed on the ballot, have seen a steady flow of voters while slower foot traffic has been seen at other polling places.
