A week after City Manager Dave Waffle used that idiom to wonder whether it would be a worthwhile pursuit for the Oregon Petroleum Association to try to stop Cornelius’ voter-approved gas tax, a Cornelius gas station owner sued the city, saying the tax is illegal.   • Mystery noises at Hillsboro Airport Tuesday

  • Task force to announce Forest Grove school needs
