    With big, gnarly waves and plenty of rain, the nor' easter storm last Thursday, Friday and Saturday wreaked havoc along the oceanfront in Kitty Hawk and Kill Devil Hills, where one small house fell over onto the beach just north of Walker Street in the latter town.
