    Gloucester supervisors Teresa Altemus, Bobby Crewe, Michelle Ressler and Gregory Woodard voted to authorize the county’s treasurer to pay over $300,000 worth of attorneys’ fees relating to civil and criminal charges against them during the supervisor’s regular meeting Wednesday night in the colonial courthouse.     In Gloucester’s most closely watched political race this election, incumbent York District supervisor Teresa Altemus was soundly unseated Tuesday by newcomer Carter Borden, by more than 1,400 votes, according to the Virginia State Board of Elections (SBE).
