    A mobile home at 10543 Figg Shop Road in Gloucester sustained extensive damage Tuesday night from a fire caused by an electrical malfunction.     The Gloucester County Board of Supervisors voted 4-3 Tuesday night to forward eight names from the county’s volunteer board bank to Gloucester Circuit Court Judge R.
