Marvin Ellis Eddy, 61, of Westminster, died Sunday, July 20, 2008, at Carroll Hospital Center in Westminster. Born April 21, 1947, in Glen Burnie, he was the son of the late Marvin Roy and Inez Marie Hupp Eddy. He was the husband of Sandra Lynn Sheckels Eddy for more than 40 years.
