CORONA -- An off-duty Los Angeles police officer has killed a man following a traffic collision in Corona. Riverside County sheriff's officials say the officer was sideswiped Monday by a pickup truck on Temescal Canyon Road and both drivers pulled into a parking lot.

LOS ANGELES -- Four people, including a teenager and an 11-year-old, were shot today in an apparent gang-related, drive-by attack in South Los Angeles, police said.

LOS ANGELES -- Police detectives held a news conference this afternoon to identify the suspect wanted in connection with Saturday's shooting at the Reseda Park and Recreation Center at Reseda and Victory boulevards.

LOS ANGELES -- Authorities say an off-duty Los Angeles police officer accidentally shot and wounded his colleague in a San Diego hotel room.

COVINA -- Three people have been stung by a swarm of bees near Arrow Highway and Azusa Avenue in Covina. Los Angeles County fire crews are on the scene spraying foam on a structure to quell the swarm. The condition of the people who were stung was not immediately known.

LOS ANGELES -- A man suspected in the massacre of 19 men, woman and children during a Baja California drug war 10 years ago has been arrested in Los Angeles and returned to Mexico where he faces murder and other charges.

POMONA -- A Pomona man is hospitalized in critical condition after being shot while driving on a Pomona street Sunday night. Ivan Baltazar Quinonez, 18, was driving east on Belinda Avenue when he was struck by gunfire, according to Sgt. Matt Stone of the Pomona Police Department.

SAN DIEGO -- It was the little engine that couldn't. A quick train trip down the coast turned into a long haul for dozens of stranded Amtrak passengers when their train from Los Angeles to San Diego ran out of fuel late Sunday night.

CHINO HILLS -- A murder investigation is underway in Chino Hills after a woman was found stabbed to death in her kitchen. Her boyfriend is hospitalized, also with stab wounds.

LOS ANGELES -- Investigators are looking into the cause of a fire that gutted the inside of a South Los Angeles church this morning.

OXNARD -- Police are searching today for a man who boldly opened fire on police officers after murdering a man outside a bank.
