Digging to resume today in 1968 case

Investigators were set to resume working for a second day today in Moorpark to find and excavate the remains of a teenager believed buried 40 years ago by a serial killer. A Caltrans front-end loader began scraping dirt midmorning Monday as more than 100 law enforcement personnel began work at the site.
