Former arson suspect gets 20 years

VIERA -- The state will not pursue arson charges against Palm Bay vagrant Brian Crowder, accused of setting at least one of the brush fires in May. The rash of fires burned thousands of acres and destroyed nearly three dozen homes in Palm Bay.
