RICHLAND -- Community members say good-bye to pilot Chuck Bigelow today. Hundreds of people attended a memorial service at Bethel Church in Richland. Bigelow died Thursday when his experimental plane fell from the sky.

KENNEWICK -- A body is found in an irrigation pond south Kennewick this afternoon. Police say it's the body of a 78-year-old man. Benton County Coroner Rick Corson says the call came in around 2 off Ely and 45th Avenue.

KENNEWICK -- It's not everyday that police catch a suspect so easily. Kennewick Police say just before 2:30 this morning, they showed up to a house at the 400 Block of South Olympia. The homeowners called police saying a young man tried to get into their house using their front door.

KENNEWICK -- 16 year old Donald Schalchlin pleads not guilty in Superior Court this morning. He's charged with with first degree murder in the stabbing death of his mom and sister.

PROSSER -- Primary ballots are due today across Washington State. Secretary of State, Sam Reed, is predicting a 46% turnout. In Benton and Yakima counties, auditors are expecting a 50% turnout, which is higher than previous years.

RICHLAND -- Teachers in a Texas school district may soon start carrying guns to class. Texas Governor Rick Perry says he's okay with the Harrold Independent School District's decision to allow teachers and staff to carry guns. The measure was approved last year.

KENNEWICK -- It's opening day for the Benton-Franklin Fair and Rodeo. A cheer competition featuring groups from across the area showcased some very talented young women.

KENNEWICK -- Richland parks could soon be going to the dogs. The Tri-City Dog Park Society used Lynwood Loop Park in Richland this weekend to test how a dog park could work in the city.

KENNEWICK -- An accident this morning in Kennewick sends one to the hospital. It happened around 10:30 at Clearwater and Union. Witnesses at the scene tell us the white car was headed west bound on Clearwater when it ran a red light.

KENNEWICK -- Kennewick Police catch a kidnapping and robbery suspect that was number one on the city's most wanted list. 30 year old Robert Agli has been wanted since earlier this month when he allegedly kidnapped a 16-year old boy, then stole his shoes and camera.

KENNEWICK -- A three car accident in Kennewick sends three people to the hospital. It happened just before 6:30 this evening on Clearwater Avenue West of Kellogg.

KENNEWICK -- A canal break sends water through a neighborhood in West Kennewick. It happened around 5 pm Friday of off Cottonwood Springs Road in the Badger Canyon area. Kennewick Irrigation District workers say they believe an animal made a hole, and the water eventually was able to get through it.

RICHLAND -- After a tragic accident at the Richland Airport, the family of deceased pilot Chuck Bigelow wants to honor his memory. The Bigelow family describes Chuck as the ultimate go-getter, willing to do what it took for his family, but also following his passion for cars and planes.
