    Lombard, Illinois Warms Up at Miller's Ale House Restaurant with the Addition of a New All-Weather Patio

    With 48 beers on tap, 20 giant plasma televisions, lounge seating and a fire place, Miller's Ale House has become the hot spot for Lombardians looking to experience the restaurant's lunch and dinner menus.

    Miller's Ale House Restaurant has become the hot spot for Lombardians with the addition of an all-weather patio. The Florida-style patio addition is like nothing the Lombard area has seen before, with seating for more than 100 people encircling a large center bar with 48 beers on tap and 20 giant plasma TVs. Those hoping to escape the cold winter weather can warm up in comfortable lounge seating by the cozy new fireplace. The outdoor retreat is completely climate-controlled to remain wonderfully warm despite freezing outdoor temperatures and provide a comfortably cool outdoor retreat when hot summer weather arrives.

    No detail was overlooked in creating the new patio. "Jack Miller has a sixth sense for what the customer wants, and will stop at nothing to make sure we deliver that. Our goal was to create an environment where customers could escape the weather, but not feel confined. The fireplace, full bar and lounge seating has created an experience where our guests gather to have fun, relax or work and don't want to leave. They come for dinner and end up making an evening out of it," says Dave Reid, Executive Vice President for Operations.

    The popular Miller's Ale House restaurants are well-known and loved, particularly in the chain's home state of Florida where the concept began in 1988. So popular is the restaurant that over a quarter of a million Raving Fans stream through the doors of their 56 locations every week! Fans of the restaurant regularly contact the company to plead for new locations in their towns and rave about their favorite location, menu item or employee on Facebook and Twitter. While Ale House is still relatively new to the Lombard market, the opening of the patio will surely change that and create some Chicago-area Raving Fans. Since the patio addition opened in late November, the Lombard restaurant has seen a dramatic rise in sales. If social media is any gauge of what's hot, then the Lombard Ale House is on fire. Facebook 'Likes' jumped by the hundreds within days of the patio grand opening.

    The hot Miller's Ale House restaurant concept is best known for its high-quality food at value prices, large beer selection and flat screen televisions visible from every perspective. Now, the success of the all-weather patio has added an experience to dining at Miller's Ale House that entices many regular customers to come in several times a week.
