    Los Angeles Photographer "Sees" Increase in Fine Art Nude Portrait Sessions

    Personal nude photography for oneself or a loved one is on the rise according to this L.A. photographer.

    According to L.A. photographer, a trend in being photographed nude is on the rise, especially during Valentine's Day.

    For over twenty years Los Angeles photographer, Linnea Lenkus, has had a thriving photography business photographing everything from magazines to celebrities to newborn baby portraits. But she is mostly known for a lack of clothes in her portraits, namely fine art nudes.

    Women ranging from all ages and sizes have asked Lenkus to photograph their bodies to preserve their human form in an artistic way. Although Lenkus photographs fine art nudes year round, there does tend to be an increase around Valentine's Day. "It's a day of passion and love. What's better than the gift of your body as art?" Lenkus recommends including your loved one in the session too. "It can be exciting, a creative collaboration, and couples always have a great time!"

The difference is in the sophistication and subtlety. My work has hung in galleries. Whether you are giving these portraits as a gift or keeping them for yourself they should be created in such a way that makes you feel beautiful and proud." Her fine art nude portraits focus on the simplistic elegance of the shadows across the lines and curves of a woman's body to create artistic portraits with style and grace.
