Louis Tomlinson Has Registered A Name For His Record Label

Okay, we have to admit, sometimes we get so swept up in rainbow bears, on-stage water fights, kisses, drama, and new albums that we kinndddd of forget that One Direction mega babe, Louis Tomlinson, has gone all businessman on us and launched his own record label.

Which is bizarre really, because normally you’d think that ALL we could think about is powerful Louis donning his best designer suit.

Anyways, today’s reminder came courtesy of reports that the 23-year-old has registered a name for the label, with The Sun reporting that Lou has filed papers to secure the title ‘Triple Strings LTD’.

Which isn’t quite as catchy and brilliant as Ed Sheeran’s ‘Gingerbread Man’, but it’s pretty fab all the same.

The singer with the sharpest cheekbones on the planet is launching his new venture alongside Sony’s lawyer, Michael Smith, and 1D’s legal adviser, Lawrence Engol, and it will be a part of Simon Cowell’s famous ‘Syco Entertainment’.

With One Direction planning to have a little break from March, it is thought that this will be occupying much of Louis’ free time, with X Factor finalist, Jack Walton, and an unnamed girl group already being signed.

Speaking about the label when he first announced it back in April, Louis explained: “This is something I’ve wanted to do for some time.

“To be given the opportunity to potentially give new artists a platform is an incredible feeling. I hope to sign some really exciting new artists down the line.”

And we have every faith that you will, babes - we can’t bloomin’ wait to see how this all turns out.
