    Lumens Light + Living Partners With Interior Designer Katie Denham in 41st Annual Marin Designers Showcase

    Lumens Light + Living is partnering with interior designer Katie Denham in the 41st annual Marin Designers Showcase, providing lighting for one of the guest suites designed by Denham.

    Lumens Light + Living is partnering with interior designer Katie Denham in the 41st annual Marin Designers Showcase, providing lighting for one of the home’s guest suites. Contemporary lighting from Arteriors was chosen by Denham to complement the architecture of the home and the interior of the guest suite.

    The “Villa Belvedere” showhouse, located in Belevedere, CA, will be open January 31 – February 26, 2012. Lumens Light + Living partnered with designer Katie Denham in her design of Guest Suite I, located on the home’s lower level and featuring hardwood floors, a patio terrace and views of the San Francisco bay. Denham chose two contemporary lighting fixtures by Arteriors to light the space of the guest suite. One lamp was the Lane Desk Lamp by Arteriors, a restoration-style adjustable task light in polished nickel. Lumens Light + Living also provided the Monahan Floor Lamp to Denham’s guest suite design, another restoration-style piece with tripod legs and modern vintage appeal.

    For the Marin Designer’s Showcase, 24 leading designers are chosen to create sophisticated rooms with contemporary lighting and furnishings to complement the architecture of the property. This year’s showhouse is a brand new construction property on the San Francisco Bay, spanning 15,500 square feet, and on the market for $45 million. The site is transformed by the chosen designers and showcased during the month of February, with proceeds benefiting the Center for Volunteer and Nonprofit Leadership.
