    MA Interactive of Northfield, IL a leading digital marketing provider for real estate operators, has been secured by Zeman Homes to develop a new branded website design. The new website design will anchor Zeman Homes brand developed by MA Interactive and will provide comprehensive resources for manufactured home shoppers and owners. Zeman Homes is a regional operator of manufactured home communities with locations in Illinois, Indiana, and Michigan.

    MA Interactive Group, a leading digital marketing agency located in Northfield, IL, has been secured by Zeman Homes to establish and develop a new website design for the manufacture homes industry. Zeman Homes, located in Chicago, IL is a premier provider of manufactured homes. Zeman Homes operates over 35 manufactured homes properties in three states; Illinois, Indiana, and Michigan.

    The new website design is intended to convey the new brand identity of Zeman Homes as well create a foundation for Zeman Homes to reach new manufactured home customers in the digital landscape. Coupled with the website program, MA Interactive will also introduce in the fall of 2011 search engine marketing, content marketing, e-mail, and social media programs.

    "When Zeman Homes first sought us out for their new website design, we were excited by the opportunity to establish their digital identity," said Michael Templeton, Principal at MA Interactive Group. Templeton added, "Their manufactured housing industry fills such a critical need for affordable housing and families that we were pleased with the prospect of establishing their message on the web."

    The new website design will leverage the latest technology, follow a usability methodology, embrace social media, will be search engine friendly, and utilize a robust CMS. In particular, the site will utilize an open source Drupal CMS framework allowing the client to easily manage and update content for each property they operate. "When all is said and done, Zeman Homes new website design will raise the bar for manufactured housing, said Michael Templeton of MA Interactive Group.
