A body was recovered from the rocks at Promontory Point in the Hyde Park neighborhood on Saturday afternoon, Chicago police said.
The remains of the male, who was pronounced dead on the scene, were recovered by police Marine Unit officers in the 5500 South DuSable Lake Shore Drive about 1:15 p.m., police said.
Further information was not immediately available.
