    Murphy assists guests with every facet of their Boston harbor weddings, coordinating with the hotel’s expert catering and event management staff on all the details. This Boston harbor hotel’s culinary team is led by Chef Joseph Chaves, who uses only the freshest ingredients, many of which are sourced right in New England. Director of Restaurant Operations and Mixologist Mark Minerd heads up the beverage team, bringing a wealth of knowledge to the hotel’s wine cellar and bar.     The Boston Marriott Long Wharf offers a wide range of flexible event spaces for groups of nearly any size. The richly appointed Grand Ballroom can hold up to 850 guests for a reception or 480 for a banquet, and provides a private foyer, beautiful chandeliers and elegant décor. The Palm Garden features a soaring 55-foot atrium, making it a memorable location for ceremonies and receptions. The Commonwealth Ballroom showcases numerous windows overlooking Long Wharf and the Boston skyline. For rehearsal dinners, bridal showers, and brunches, smaller groups also enjoy the semi-private dining room at Waterline, adjacent to the new Harbor View Ballroom.
