BOSTON (AP) -- Massachusetts gas prices continue to edge down after an early-summer spike.
AAA Southern New England reports Tuesday that the average cost of a gallon of self-serve, regular has dropped 3 cents since last week to $3.66.
That price is still 14 cents higher than the national average and 4 cents higher than a month ago.
Prices were a penny higher at this point last year.
AAA found self-serve, regular as low as $3.55 per gallon and as high as $3.85.
