Former "Friends" star Matthew Perry is headed back to the network that made him a household name - NBC.
The network has ordered 13 episodes of Perry's new sitcom, "Go On" (which he both stars in and co-executives produces), for the 2012-2013 season, according to Deadline.

The show will chronicle the life of an "irreverent yet charming sportscaster" (Perry), as he tries to copes with the loss of someone close to him while attending mandatory group therapy sessions, according to the website.
"Go On" is being penned by former "Friends" showrunner Scott Silveri, with Todd Holland as director.
