Mauritius 273-day Treasury bills yield falls to 2.93 pct

PORT LOUIS (Reuters) - The weighted average yield on Mauritius' 273-day Treasury bills fell to 2.93 percent at auction on Friday from 3.05 percent at the previous sale, the central bank said. The Bank of Mauritius sold all the 600 million rupees ($20 million) worth of bills on offer. It received bids worth 1.7 billion rupees at yields ranging from 3.90 percent to 2.90 percent.
