Mauritius 3-year Treasury bond yield falls to 2.98 pct

PORT LOUIS (Reuters) - The weighted average yield on Mauritius' three-year Treasury bond fell to 2.98 percent from 3.09 percent at a previous sale in September, the central bank said on Wednesday. The Bank of Mauritius sold all the 1.2 billion rupees (38.40 million US dollar) worth of debt it had offered. It had received bids worth 3.100 billion rupees with yields ranging from 3.85 percent to 2.90 percent. The bond has a coupon rate of 3.88 percent. (1 US dollar = 31.2500 Mauritius rupee)
