Mayweather-Pacquiao Docuseries Set For April Premiere On Showtime

Even if you’re not a fan of the sweet science, chances are you’ve heard rumblings about the set-to coming in May starring Floyd Mayweather Jr. and Manny Pacquiao. Showtime is training for the Fight of the Millennium (or whatever) with a four-part docuseries Inside Mayweather Vs. Pacquiao, which it premieres April 18.

looooong-anticipated faceoff with Pacquiao. Why not tag along with both fighters, you might ask? Because Showtime has an exclusive deal with Mayweather, and it is sharing the May 2 PPV brawl with archrival HBO, which has a pact with Pacquiao. HBO has not announced any supplemental programming in advance of the welterweight championship unification match at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. The fight is certain to be the biggest grosser of all time, with reports saying fans could get jabbed with a record $89.95 to buy the PPV, and another 10 bucks for HD.

Mayweather Vs. Pcs Angeles through the rigors of training camp to the weigh-in and the dressing room after the final bell. The second and third installments of Inside Mayweather Vs. Paquiao will premiere April 25 and 29, respectively, and the “epilogue” will air May 9, a week after the fight.
