The latest animal to be roaming our social media feed is an adorable fuzzy pig that resembles a sheep with its thick wooly coat.

The pig-sheep hybrid known as the Mangalica is a pig native to Hungary, Metro reports.

The Mangalica pigs first came about in the 1830s but were nearly extinct before a series of breeders brought them back in the 1990s, according the news outlet.

And it turns out they can also be domesticated.

“There’s nothing cuter in the world than a little blonde or red-haired Mangalitsa,” pig breeder Wilhelm Kohl told Modern Farmer. “If you treat them nicely, they’ll become as tame as dogs — they’ll follow you, play with you.”

While the pigs are adorable, they are actually meant for livestock.

According to Kohl, he breeds them for their “fat and marbling” meat, which he calls the “Kobe beef of pigs.”

But honestly, looking at their cuddly cute faces it would be hard to think of eating one.
