By now you've probably purged your brain of all of last season's TV in order to make room for all the new and returning shows that are premiering this fall, but the ninth and final season of How I Met Your Mother hits DVD and Blu-Ray on Tuesday, September 23, and we've got a hilarious deleted scene to share that I truly wish had made it to air because it's funnier than some of the stuff that wasn't cut.
In the exclusive-to-TV.com clip, Ted tells Lily that he's got a secret—one that's even bigger than his impending move to Chicago—and because it's Ted (Josh Radnor) and because it's Lily (Alyson Hannigan), she mistakenly assumes that he's finally coming out of the closet.
