Today in a news flash in Yahoo Mexico indicates that "El Vicentillo", one major drug dealer in Mexico, has confessed that the DEA has granted immunity to Joaquin "El Chapo" Guzman one of the major drug dealers in Mexico, and recognized as the top drug dealer world wide and according to Forbes one of the 50th richest in the world, in exchange of information for his rival cartels. That makes you wonder, why the small one´s and not the top one are being captured. Think about it.
