    Michael Ernemann announces the creation and launch of his new website, ernemann-architecture.com, a clean, clear, mobile-friendly portfolio of recent commercial, residential, ranch and resort architecture in the Aspen area.

    With revealing photography and sketches of exclusive private homes and ranch complexes in the Aspen area, the viewer gets an intimate look at Mr. Ernemann's work; as well as a strong sense of the design clarity that Mr. Ernemann brings to his architecture. He says, "Good architecture achieves its desired ends with less but this does not preclude complex, intricate, or highly detailed elements that add richness, character and excitement."

    Featured on the site is a written section allowing viewers to read conversational excerpts of Mr. Ernemann’s views on architecture, the creative process as well as client relations. Not taking himself or the work too seriously Mr. Ernemann said, "The process of making architecture like life, should be a joyful event. The end-result of this effort will then embody joy. Meaningful architecture is not cold, rigid or cruel; it has a level of intended imperfection and mirthfulness."

    With more than 40 years professional experience, Michael Ernemann has completed projects in a broad range of environments. His efforts have received critical acknowledgment through the receipt of numerous design awards and publications. Having served as architectural consultant to several private planning and development firms and government agencies as well as on design faculties, AIA juries and has been a guest lecturer at the university level, Mr. Ernemann brings vast knowledge and experience to his work. He also has a great sense of enthusiasm and understanding about the excitement one enjoys through engaged and thoughtful efforts. He brings the same thorough attention and commitment to the online presentation of his work. The uncluttered design of the website reflects the ordered and elegant nature of his architectural design.
