Hovnanian Enterprises Inc. fell $.12 or 2.0 percent, to $5.90.
Lennar Corp. fell $.78 or 1.8 percent, to $42.44.
Pulte Homes Inc. fell $.45 or 1.9 percent, to $23.16.
