    The 19-year-old star is set to wed "The Hunger Games" actor, 22, reps for the couple confirmed to People.

    "I'm so happy to be engaged and look forward to a life of happiness with Liam," the "Can't Be Tamed" singer said in a statement to the mag.

    Liam reportedly proposed on May 31, giving Miley a Neil Lane 3.5-carat diamond ring.

    The happy couple first met while starring in "The Last Song" in 2009.
