    MinuteBids’ platform streamlines the entire job bidding process for property managers’ maintenance jobs. Property managers can submit projects for services such as lawn care, parking lot maintenance, roofing, plants and flowers, trees and shrubs, janitorial services and many others. Registration is free, and the only fees involved are associated with new business wins by MinuteBids’ registered service providers.

    MinuteBids’ focus continues to be growing its base of registered property managers and service providers across a broad base of maintenance needs. Currently, MinuteBids offers over a dozen service categories and nearly 70 service specializations and it’s adding more every day.
