Missing Hampton woman found dead in Virginia Beach

A 22-year-old Hampton woman who was reported missing Saturday evening was found dead in Virginia Beach on Sunday.

Hampton police tweeted that O’Niandra Ivey was missing around 6 p.m. Saturday and asked for the public’s help in locating her. The tweet noted that she was “possibly in need of medical attention.”

Ivey was last seen alive on Friday, police said.

Police have not shared further information about Ivey’s medical condition at the time she went missing nor about her cause of death.
