Missouri charges man with assault for firing in officers in Ferguson
(Reuters) - Missouri prosecutors on Monday charged Tyrone Harris with four counts of assault on law enforcement on suspicion of firing at officers in late night violence in the strife-torn St. Louis suburb of Ferguson.
Harris, an 18-year-old black man, was in critical condition at an area hospital after being shot by police when they returned fire, police said.
