Don’t expect to see this at a local Best Buy (BBY) anytime soon, but Motorola has released a new desktop computer in China that uses Android for its operating system. As AndroidCentral writes, the Android-powered desktop is built around an “18.5-inch LED touchscreen that can play TV shows, movies, play games, browse the web, and otherwise run Android apps.” Other specs include an ARM Cortex A8 1GHz processor, 1GB of RAM, 4GB of flash memory and Android 2.3 Gingerbread. OK, so it’s basically a very large low-end Android tablet with a keyboard and a mouse attached, but it’s still sort of a nifty concept.
