Consider Mynd if you are looking for a great calendar for your iOS device. This free smart calendar and meeting scheduler looks great, has plenty of features, and proves highly dependable.
Pros
Great home screen: Mynd's home screen not only looks pleasant, but it displays details neatly, showing pending activities, weather information, people to meet, locations to go (including a cropped map), as well as the number of events to do or expect within the day.
Intuitive interface: It's easy to find your way around the app's features and functions. Menus, options, and buttons are very easy to locate. You can also see activities according to different views (day or comprehensive listing).
Communication right within the app: You can contact people directly within Mynd through a phone call, text message, or email under the "running late" notification. You can make calls at a single click within the app. The contact buttons (text, email, call) also appear at the bottom of the screen when you view activities or events.
Evernote integration: Mynd's Evernote integration consists of an "Attach Note" feature you can access at the bottom-most frame when viewing an activity or event.
Cons
In-app email feature may not appeal to professionals and businessmen: Sending emails right within the app is easy but you may not like sending "Mynd-packaged" emails to your clients or business associates. Emails sent through the app have highly prominent Mynd promotions, especially the "Sent using Mynd" line.
Bottom Line
Arguably the best free calendar and activity manager for iOS, Mynd turns out to be a must-have app if you're looking for a better alternative to your default iOS calendars. Its extensive range of features and snappy performance make it a highly useful app.
