MySpace Tom Is Now a Vegas Real Estate Expert

Remember that congenial-looking guy pictured above? He was Tom, your first friend on MySpace (back when the S was capitalized). Huffington Post blogger Paul Carr, however, caught up with the MySpace founder as he was perusing real estate and found that Tom is apparently "something of an expert on the Las Vegas housing market." Carr doesn't spend much time finding out how he transitioned from tech entrepreneur to real estate aficionado, but he does mention that he's "a champion of the local arts and culture scene" in Vegas where he now resides. As the blogger notes, "Tom Anderson has some good news: there has never been a better time to buy a home in Vegas."
