JOHANNESBURG (Reuters) - Namibia's December consumer inflation rate was at 4.6 percent year-on-year, slowing from 5 percent in November, the statistics office said on Thursday. On a month-on-month basis, prices fell 0.2 percent in December -- mainly due to a decrease in the cost of goods and services -- after ticking up 0.2 percent the previous month.
