NASA’s ‘All About That Space’ Parodies ‘All About That Bass’

NASA engineers spend their days and nights developing some of the most high-tech and cool technology on the face of the Earth. But that doesn’t mean they don’t also want to cut loose and have some fun.

Recently the team at Johnson Space Center decided to create a music video titled ‘All About That Space.” As the name suggests, the music video is a parody of the hit song “All About That Bass” by Meghan Trainor.

The video was created by the Pathway Interns, and it was filmed to tech the general public about NASA’s Orion spacecraft.

If you are a fan of puns you will love this video. Plus you will learn a lot about the future of manned space travel. If all goes as planned, the Orion spacecraft could deliver the first Astronauts to Mars and possibly other planets.

From NASA’s Youtube page:

“NASA’s Orion spacecraft is built to take humans farther than they’ve ever gone before. Orion will serve as the exploration vehicle that will carry the crew to space, provide emergency abort capability, sustain the crew during the space travel, and provide safe re-entry from deep space return velocities.”

The video uploaded to YouTube on December 11, has already racked up nearly 200,000 views — now that’s what I call education!
