Nathaniel Marston Dies: ‘One Life To Live’ Actor Was 40
One Life To Live actor Nathaniel Marston, known for playing Michael McBain from 2004–07 and before that Al Holden from 2001-2003 has died today, following a car accident in late October. He was 40.
The news was broken on Facebook by his mother. “My beloved and cherished son, Nathaniel Marston, who was putting up the good fight until last night was not able to continue due to the traumatic and devastating nature of his injuries,” she said. Marston was with his family when he died, and according to his mother, he would never have spoken or walked again had he survived his injuries. “Thank you for sharing your love, your experiences with me about how my treasured child,” she concluded the post. “A man who grew into an individual who touched more lives than I ever could have known.
Marston was born in Torrington, CT in 1975 and with his family moved to San Diego when he was ten. He graduated from Beverly Hills High School and soon after embarked on his acting career. Among his other credits, he appeared in The Craft, and in episodes of Blue Bloods, Law & Order: SVU, Castle, and White Collar.
Marston was injured in an October 30 car crash in Nevada. His family plans to hold a memorial service at a time and date to be announced soon.
