Navistar's CFO Andrew Cederoth leaving at end of month, replacement pending
LISLE, Ill. (AP) -- Navistar International Corp. said Monday that Andrew J. Cederoth, its executive vice president and chief financial officer, is leaving the company at the end of the month as part of a planned transition to a new CFO.
Cederoth, 48, has been with Navistar for 23 years and served as its chief financial officer since 2009. He helped create and implement the company's turnaround plan over the past year.
Navistar's senior vice president and treasurer, James Moran, will oversee the company's financial operations on an interim basis while the company names a new CFO from outside the company.
The company, based in Lisle, Ill., makes military trucks, diesel engines and commercial buses.
Its shares were down 57 cents, or 2 percent, to $26.05 in after-hours trading. They ended the regular trading session down 37 cents at $26.62.
