NBC Orders Comedy Pilots From Monica Potter, Jimmy Fallon

NBC has ordered two more comedy pilots, one from Ellen DeGeneres’ banner to star Monica Potter, the other produced by Jimmy Fallon.

The untitled Potter comedy is a multicamera vehicle from Warner Bros. TV and DeGeneres’ A Very Good Production banner. Sherry Bilsing-Graham and Ellen Kreamer penned the script about a woman, juggling a busy family life and three ex-husbands, who begins to date again. Potter, who will wrap her run on NBC’s “Parenthood” this week, is attached to star and will serve as a producer.

Bilsing-Graham and Kreamer are exec producing with DeGeneres and Very Good’s Jeff Kleeman.

“Sharing” is a single-camera entry from Universal TV about disparate groups of people who work side-by-side in a shared office space. Jeremy Bronson wrote the pilot and exec produces with Fallon and Rick Schwartz. Damian Lanigan is a co-exec producer.

The Peacock’s orders follow a slew of pickups last week.
