ANGRY CARDS: Russian fans of Angry Birds will soon be able to get debit cards that Moscow-based Promsvyazbank is calling "Angry Cards." They'll carry images of the game's characters and give users 10 percent off all Angry Birds-branded products.
FINANCIAL FIRST: Game maker Rovio Entertainment already licenses toys and baby clothes; the cards will to be the first Angry Birds financial product. The game has been downloaded 50 million times in Russia.
YOUNG URBANITES: Promsvyazbank hopes to 100,000 of the cards by the end of 2012 to attract urbanites aged 25 to 35 who make at least $1,000 a month.
