Washington (DC News Now) — President Joe Biden announced Sunday that he would not seek re-election. He then endorsed his Vice President, Kamala Harris, as the democratic nominee. Sarakshi Rai is the Director of Audience Development and Head of Social Media at The Hill. Rai joins Capitol Review if this was the right move for the democratic party.
