Dog attacks dog and other reports

Jul. 26—Police received a report at 10:10 a.m. Thursday of a dog that was attacked by another dog at about 9:15 p.m. the night before at the corner of Lloyd Place and Cheryl Street. The dog was declared dangerous.

1 arrested on warrant

Police arrested Laura Lee Winter, 48, on an Iowa warrant at 6:45 p.m. Thursday at 2708 Bridge Ave.

Theft by fraud reported

Police received a report at 11:49 a.m. Thursday of theft by fraud on North Broadway Avenue.

Street light damaged

A street light reportedly crashed on the sidewalk at 9:51 p.m. Thursday at 606 Albert Lea St.
