Who’s performing at Sacramento Pride fest? Here’s the schedule — and how to get tickets

The annual Sacramento Pride March and Festival returns to Capitol Mall this weekend to celebrate LGBTQ+ culture, diversity and advocacy.

The festival, hosted by the Sacramento LGBT Community Center, will begin at noon on Saturday.

The event lineup ranges from live music concerts and DJ sets to drag shows.

Who’s performing at Sacramento Pride Festival?

Electropop artist Daya will be headline the 2024 festival, organizers said, noting that the schedule is “subject to change.”

The singer, who’s best known for hits “Hide Away” and “Sit Still, Look Pretty,” will take the Faces Pride Stage at 8:15 p.m. Saturday.

What’s the schedule for pride fest events?

The Sacramento Pride Festival will run from noon to 9 p.m. on Saturday and from noon to 6 p.m. on Sunday.

Saturday events on the Faces Pride Stage include:

  • DJ Lady Char: Noon

  • Sacramento Gay Men’s Chorus: Noon

  • Cultures of Pride Dance Showcase: 1 p.m.

  • Cre8tive Connections Fashion Show: 2 p.m.

  • Sac Dance Lab feat. Spellman Twinz: 3 p.m.

  • Gloomy June: 3:45 p.m.

  • Drag is Not a Crime Showcase: 4:30 p.m.

  • SuperKnova: 5:30 p.m.

  • Heather LaRose: 6 p.m.

  • Gattison: 6:45 p.m.

  • Michael Medrano: 7:30 p.m.

  • Daya: 8:15 p.m.

Saturday events on the Stonewall Pavilion Stage include

  • DJ Cisco: Noon

  • Q-Rated Dance Company: 12:15 p.m.

  • Drag King Showcase: 3 p.m.

  • LatinX Drag Showcase: 3:45 p.m.

  • DJ TLDSTR: 7 p.m.

Saturday events for youth on the Q-Spot Live Stage include:

  • DJ TLDSTR: Noon to 6 p.m.

  • Drag Bingo: 1:30 p.m.

  • Youth Friendly Drag Show: 2 p.m.

  • Gattison: 4 p.m.

Sunday events include:

  • DJ Cisco and DJ Char: Faces Pride Stage and Stonewall Pavilion Stage at noon

  • Madame Ghandi: Faces Pride Stage at 2:30 p.m.

  • KingQueen: Faces Pride Stage at 3:15 p.m.

  • Maxx Drag All Stars Showcase: Faces Pride Stage at 4 p.m.

  • Drag Race Showcase!: Faces Pride Stage at 4:30 p.m.

Sunday events for kids on the Q-Spot Live Stage include:

  • DJ TLDSTR: Noon to 6 p.m.

  • Youth Friendly Drag Show: 2 p.m.

  • Live performance: 3 p.m.

When is Pride March in downtown Sacramento?

The march takes place at 11 a.m. Sunday at Southside Park near Eighth and T Street and ends at Capitol Mall on 10th Street.

There will be colorful floats, music, cars, marchers and more, according to the event website.

You can register to march for free online.

Can I still buy Sacramento Pride Festival tickets?

Tickets for Sacramento Pride Festival were still available to purchase online as of Thursday.

Weekend passes cost $35, or $20 for adults over 65, veterans and kids 13 to 17 years old.

For a single-day pass, general admission tickets start at $20. Seniors, veterans and kids 13 to 17 years old can get in for $12 apiece.

Children under 12 get in free.
