Classic horror show character stolen from Burbank museum

A museum in Los Angeles County is looking for whoever stole their Crypt Keeper, a statue of the famous character from “Tales from the Crypt.”

The theft occurred on Sunday, according to an Instagram post by the Mystic Museum, a horror museum located on Magnolia Boulevard in Burbank.

The museum shared a photo of the alleged suspect, who moved the statue to the back of the museum’s store before placing it in a bag and leaving.

Based on the museum’s post, the purported suspect is a bald man with a light gray beard wearing a blue and gray camouflage shirt and dark-colored shorts.

The museum is offering a $500 reward for any information leading to the Crypt Keeper’s return.
