Traffic Alert: Motorcyclist dies in crash on Flagler Street near 37th Avenue, roads closed
A Friday morning fatal crash involving a motorcyclist shut down roads around Flagler Street and Northwest 37th Avenue during the morning rush hour, police said.
The motorcyclist, whom was not identified by police, was critically injured and transported to Jackson Memorial Hospital’s trauma center by Coral Gables Fire Rescue, where he was later pronounced dead. The accident happened around 5 a.m.
The Miami Police Department have closed off the area from Northwest 35th to 37th avenues and Flagler Street and urged drivers to seek alternative routes, as they continue to investigate the crash.

It is unclear what led to the crash or when roads will reopen.
