Two men have been arrested for an April shooting that left a man dead in Greenhaven, the Sacramento Police Department announced Wednesday afternoon.

Taquez Foster-Worsham, 24, and Jamar Anderson, 28, are facing homicide and robbery charges for the shooting death, according to a social media post update by the Police Department. Both men are from Sacramento, but Anderson was arrested by state and local law enforcement on Tuesday in the Southern California city of Indio, police said. Foster-Worsham was arrested July 10.

On April 29, law enforcement authorities responded to reports that a man had been shot multiple times in the 6200 block of Riverside Boulevard. They later determined that the shooting occurred at the Colony House Apartments on the 900 block of Johnfer Way, according to Officer Anthony Gamble, a spokesman for the Sacramento Police Department.

The victim was transported to a hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
