A nearby home was in the path of the flames, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department, and crews worked to protect it from the encroaching fire.

After about 25 minutes, all “active flames” were put out by fire crews. Fire officials have not said the full extent of the damage to the home.

No injuries were reported and investigators are now working to determine the cause of the fire.
