York County man missing for over a week last seen in Mifflin County
(WHTM) – Pennsylvania State Police are looking for a man last seen over a week ago.
State Police say Howard Robert Bender, 59, was declared a missing person by Southern Regional Police on July 7 and was last seen in Armagh Township, Mifflin County that evening.

This Week in Pennsylvania
Bender was last seen wearing a red shirt and khaki pants and was described as having gray hair and blue eyes.
Anyone with information on Bender’s whereabouts is asked to contact Southern Regional Police at 717-235-3944 or State Police in Lewistown at 717-320-1010.
