Nexus 6 and Nexus 9 pricing may have just been revealed in a new leak
Google’s Nexus 5 smartphone, pictured above, quickly became a fan favorite for enthusiastic Android fans thanks to its sleek design, capable specs and shockingly affordable price tag. But with the much rumored and hotly anticipated Nexus 6 smartphone and Nexus 9 tablet, it looks like Google has a new game plan to try to woo Android fans. Instead of launching affordable devices with specs that place them somewhere between mid-range and high-end phones and tablets, Google’s new Nexus 6 and Nexus 9 will both be high-end devices with killer specs and hefty price tags to match, according to a new report.

According to a new leak posted by Caschys Blog that was reportedly sourced from German electronics retailers Media Markt and Saturn, the Nexus 6 and Nexus 9 will be far more expensive than Google’s Nexus 5 and Nexus 7 were at launch.
The Motorola-built Nexus 6 smartphone will supposedly start at €569 for the 32GB model in Germany, and a 64GB model will be available for €649. Meanwhile, a WiFi-only 16GB version of the Nexus 9 tablet will supposedly cost €399, and it will top out at €569 with 32GB of storage and LTE.

Earlier reports suggest that the Nexus 6 phablet will feature a quad HD display a pixel density of 498 pixels per inch, a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 processor, 3GB of RAM, 32GB of storage, a 13-megapixel rear camera, a 2-megapixel front-facing camera, a 3,200 mAh battery and Android L.
Meanwhile, the HTC-built Nexus 9 tablet is said to include a 64-bit Tegra processor, MDM9x25 modem (with LTE), 4GB of RAM, NFC, GPS and Android L.
Both devices are expected to become available beginning Wednesday following a quiet launch.
