    NexxtShow Announces A New Service - Poster Abstract Printing

    NexxtShow—the innovative, service-focused tradeshow partner to leading association and corporate professionals—today announced the launch of their new service of poster printing for researchers that was provided at The Infection Diseases Society of America (IDSA) 2011.

    IDSA provides authors and researchers an opportunity to use poster demonstrations to acquaint conference attendees and experts in the field with the fundamentals of their abstracts and research during a public showing called poster sessions. A few of these researchers are also chosen to speak about their research in front of their peers and colleagues in more of a speaker presentation setting. This can be very important for fellows in training to obtain recognition for their work.

    The posters must be printed at a fairly large size and can be costly to produce. NexxtShow has taken the burden of having the poster printed off of the researcher/author by offering this service to them for a minimal fee. All the researcher/author must do is upload their abstract file to the NexxtShow system and the NexxtShow team takes it from there.

They didn't have to carry their poster tubes in the plane and when they arrived it was already expertly printed and hung for them leaving them with more time to attend scientific sessions.     Each poster has a specified location where it must be placed at the poster session. As part of this service, NexxtShow also delivered the posters to the show and hung them in the correct location for each researcher/author. There is now no need to stress out about where to have the poster printed, travel with it and/or have it shipped to the show only to have it damaged in shipping or perhaps have it not show up at all.

    The NexxtShow team discovered a way to reduce stress of IDSA attendees and has simplified the process for all.
