Canucks Forwards Tom Sestito and Zack Kassian are out with injuries. - - - New York Rangers center Derek Stepan is scheduled to make his regular-season debut on Saturday against the Toronto Maple Leafs, coach Alain Vigneault said on the Rangers website Friday.
